Liverpool Pickering’s largest neighborhood by acreage, 63 homes sold for the year 2013 thus far. Most of the homes in this area are Detached homes and sold for an average price of $ 483,492.00 but has a mix different types of homes.Liverpool neighborhood hosts Glendale Tennis Club.

454,655.00 for 3 bedrooms 499,240.48 for 4 bedrooms, 604,333.33 for 5 bedrooms.  There are also Semi-Detached homes here and these sold for an average of $336,400.00. In this area freehold townhouses sold for an average of $ 289,000.00 and Condo Townhouses sold for $ 255,000.00.

In the area of the Pickering Town Center and Village East, neighborhoods immediately north of the 401 on Brock Rd. 85 homes were sold this year. Most of the homes sold were either townhomes or condo townhomes. These homes sold for $ 308,000.00 and $250,000.00 respectively. Condo Apartments are also available in both areas and sold for an average of $ 413,000.00 in the Pickering Town Center Area and $191,000.00 in the Village East Area.
