Duffin Heights is the newest development community in Pickering. It’s located of the 401 North on Brock Rd. of the in between Rossland /(Concession 3) and Taunton Rd. Most residents are still unpacking as of “press time.”
It’s a very nice community very close to the Seaton Trail which has a dog off leash area. As wooded area all around. Most of the sales in this area I would tend to think are homes purchased by investors from the developers with the intention of resale as soon as they close with the developer. This is very similar to buying a condo at pre-development prices. If that is the premise then I would tend to think most home sales will be the base model type homes. Adding upgrades always makes the a new home more expensive.
As for availability of homes in the area sign on the developers billboard say their sold out.
