So far a total of 70 homes have exchange hands in April 30, 2013. Three (3) townhomes sold for an average price of $333,000.00.There were 53 detached homes sold averaging $ 478,000.00.Three, four and five bedrooms sold for $ 412,500.00, 524,900.00 and $651,800.00 respectively. There were also Semi-Detached homes sold for an average price of $367,000.00.

Amberlea is seeing the most homes sold in of all Pickering neighborhoods so far. It’s located close to the 401 and the 407 access. Grocery Shops and shopping in general are close by.
